Visited for afternoon tea. Absolutely delicious desserts—kudos to the pastry chef. The sandwiches were high quality and well done. Great scones as well. The entire service team was attentive and friendly. Would recommend if you’re looking for an authentic tea experience with top notch food.

CUT by Wolfgang Puck delivers steak perfection! The best I've had in a quite a long time, perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. The seafood was incredibly fresh, complementing the steak impeccably. Desserts wowed as well. A true culinary delight that elevates the dining experience to new heights. Exceptional!

So I came here for restaurant week and what can I say? This place is so good! Pretzel bread was so good my friend had to order another one! So a great start. Everyone else was going dry January so they enjoyed the mocktails but for me if I’m paying 16 (how much the mocktails are) it needs to have some punch to it. Also the featured restaurant week cocktails were 15... I think I got a Long Island. Group ordered the butter lettuce salad- clean tasting I loved. You can get the bluefin tuna but if for r week be mindful of how add ons can impact that restaurant week price. The Ceasar was a favorite as well. Second course: I got the wagyu bolognese and it slapped! The rockfish was also super good! My friend got the crab rice which she enjoyed and of course someone got the steak (up charge as well). And all of us loved our food. Really enjoyed the rockfish. We ordered all desserts from the r week so churros, cheesecake and souffle. We have no complaints about the foood at all! All the food is good- make sure if they are busy you double check what was ordered. Thought I ordered a Long Island but yeah... cocktails are like 18-27 ish? Be prepared for that. Still water is 10, sparking water 10 by the bottle so be mindful of that. Ordering more pretzel bread is gonna cost you like 4 so agains be mindful. The place is cute they didn’t rush us out and honestly no issues there! Stop here!

The moment you walk in, the welcoming service and vibrant atmosphere set the tone for an evening to remember. Chef Andrew Ho is at the heart of it all, crafting dishes that shine with quality and creativity. The tomahawk steak is a showstopper—juicy, perfectly charred, and full of bold flavor. The oysters are so fresh, you can almost taste the Chesapeake Bay, and the homemade pasta is rich and satisfying. The Amish chicken is another standout—tender and flavorful, a rare find in a steakhouse. Chef Ho also makes the most of local seafood, featuring black bass and wild turbot that showcase the region’s best. The wine list is impressive and thoughtfully curated, while the inventive cocktails add a playful touch. And the pastry program is truly extraordinary thanks to Executive Pastry Chef Ligia Barros. She is incredible at everything to do with pastry and dessert, making the most gorgeous and delicious cakes you can imagine. Chef Ligia can create a custom cake for any special occasion—on our visit, she made the most memorable birthday cake ever. To cap off our visit, we enjoyed after-dinner drinks on the rooftop, soaking in breathtaking views of DC. It was the perfect ending to an unforgettable meal. Simply put, Amazing! Dinner at Wolfgang Puck’s CUT has an intimate, romantic, and cozy atmosphere that really makes you feel at ease and welcome; also making it the perfect dinner out as a couple! The staff were all immensely friendly and very helpful with my significant others gluten and black pepper allergies! They took great care of that as well as the both of us in general. The craft cocktails were incredible with perfect balances of flavor and aesthetically appealing looks! Our dinner, she and I both got a steak, which looked so amazing I forgot to take a picture, was absolutely a gastro game changer! We both agree that they were the best steaks we’ve ever had by far. The flavor wasn’t overpowering, it was just right and the temperatures were simply perfect! If you're in DC and have an appetite for steak then CUT by Wolfgang Puck should be you’re first consideration!

I had a great time Dining a CUT for my 32nd birthday. We ordered the Tomahawk steak it was delicious and cooked to perfection. The chicken was so tender and the seasoning was amazing(best thing on the menu)! Highly recommend. The pretzel bread was top tier, especially with the garlic butter. The crab rice is pretty sweet. I could have went without it. The bill was very expensive bill, but we expected that and it was worth it because we had a great server. The name on the bill said "40". Not sure if thats his name , but thank you for making my birthday memorable.

Only reason I put 4/5 for food is because my steak was under cooked but everything else was amazing...my partner and I enjoyed everything...the Bread was Amazing!! Burratta was really refreshing. My partner had grilled chicken which was sooo flavourful,we will try to recreat that dish at home. Cocktails were good aswel and the wine! I forgot our servers name but such a knowledgeable Gentlemen, very Professional and a nice human being, made our experience really awesome. I know he had lots of experience in the industry and has worked at top places,I wish I remembered his name to mention it. Thanks to everyone. TIRAMISU AND FUILLE...WOW WOW WOW!!!!
